At Dental Health Associates, P.A., we accept most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (888) 995-8095 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, OrthoBank, Citi Health Card, and FSAs.

If one of our dentists suggests a specialist evaluation or diagnostic testing that requires a referral, we will make every effort to provide this for you as soon as possible. Some referrals require insurance preauthorization and cannot be processed immediately. Insurance guidelines prohibit us from backdating referrals. We require three business days for the processing of routine referrals.
Medical and Dental Emergencies
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT!
If you have a dental emergency, call our office and someone will return your call promptly. We have dental specialists at multiple locations in New Jersey to care for you. After Hours Urgent Needs
If you have an urgent dental issue and need to talk to our dentists after our regular hours, please call our office at (888) 995-8095. We have extended phone hours from 7 am to 8 pm, Monday through Thursday; 7 am to 7 pm on Friday; and 7 am to 4 pm on Saturday. A dentist is on-call 24 hours a day.
